New Home Construction.
Start off on the right foot and your project will exceed all expectations on completion.
As a new home builder, you understand the importance of staying on schedule.
We know these deadlines well, because we’ve been there. In fact, we got our start as a framer’s yard: selling sticks, building loads to spec, and earning the trust of subcontractors across the metro.
Today, though our offerings and office have grown, we remain committed to helping you stay on schedule from the bidding process to that final lock set.
You Need An Expert
Our sales and estimating team members have decades of experience between them, and several can claim to have been builders themselves in a past life.
If anyone could help you organize a whole home build, it’s definitely this team of talent at DCL.
Accurate Materials Takeoffs
We combine our years of experience in the industry and swinging hammers on the jobsite with the newest technology in estimating software to provide you with a bid you can count on.
Some yards outsource their estimating to another company or another department, but our outside salesmen stay heavily involved in the process so that when your framer has a question out in the field, our salesmen have the answer.
Small But Mighty
As a “David” in a market of private-equity “Goliaths,” we have a distinct advantage. When changes happen on the jobsite that need to be addressed quickly, you won’t be waiting days or weeks for materials to make it through the red tape and out to you.
It’s not uncommon to see your salesman pull up with a pickup full of odds and ends same-day to keep your subs working and to keep your build on schedule.
A Perfect Delivery™ Is For Real
You read that right. From your first call, to your salesman, to the moment our truck leaves your jobsite, everything we do is focused on delivering what you need, when you need it to keep your project moving smoothly.
