We are in business to lift others up: our contractors, our employees and our community. We try to offer a helping hand whenever we can, from supporting youth sports and donating materials for Eagle Scout community-improvement projects, to supporting the charities that do good work in Dakota County and beyond.

workforce advocacy

DCL maintains strong industry involvement and efforts as an advocate for workforce development in our industry. Owner Sunny Bowman is the current chair of Housing First MN’s Education and Workforce Development Committee and a member of their speaker’s bureau that goes into schools to talk to students, parents and teachers about the career opportunities available in the skilled trades.

We also support the marketing and development of technical education in the state of Minnesota by financially supporting and volunteering with Project Build MN.
