Dakota county lumber is part of AZEK’s green initiative and will help host and distribute recycling bins for PVC scraps

How it works:

What you need to know:

Where do we find a Full-Circle bin?

DCL has a bin onsite for customers to drop off PVC scraps at their convenience. If you would like to host a bin at your company location or jobsite, let your salesman know and we will order one for you.

Does it cost money?

Yes. The deposit is $200 per bin. Once we pick up the full bin, we will credit back the amount you were charged.

Will DCL move bins from jobsite to jobsite for customers?

No, we will only offer initial drop-off and final pickup of bins. Contractors are welcome to move from job to job but that is for them to figure out the logistics. Bins hold up to 500lbs and measure 48” x 45” x 34”. Bin pickup will follow our normal return process.

*Based off of the pilot market research, we recommend keeping a bin at your main office and transporting scraps from jobsites to this main location. This eliminates you having to move multiple bins between locations until full.

Will DCL pick up a partially filled bin?

No. Bins must be filled to the top but not overflowing to be transported on our trucks. If you do not feel that you could fill a bin on your own, we have one at DCL that you can put your scraps in. DCL will not transport any loose scraps to the lumberyard on your behalf.

What can you put in the bins?

Any AZEK PVC product can be put into the bin. PVC trim, siding or PVC pipe are able to be put in the bin as well. If Contractors are putting items that are not eligible into the bins, drivers will not pick up bins until those items are removed.
